Warranty Certificate
verykool™ guarantees an individual communication style and gives you full warranty on each of its products to assure your experience with us is always a special one.
Terms
verykool™ covers against manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship during the warranty period of 1 (one) year for cellular telephones and 3 (three) months for accessories-including the battery. During the warranty period, verykool™ will accept phones that are damaged as a consequence of normal use and the purpose for which the same were designed, as defined in the user manual.
Warranty is valid only when the customer presents the telephone, a proof of purchase (receipt), and the Warranty Certificate that is included with the telephone at the time of purchase.
Please bear in mind that the warranty is to address manufacturing and product defects, the warranty does not cover customer abuse nor other issues listed below:
1. When proof of purchase (receipt) is NOT presented >.
2. Expired Warranty Period
3. When the product’s serial number has been altered or removed.
4. Products with unauthorized modifications and problems caused by improper usage/handling
of the phone, as specified in the user manual.
5. Damage caused by installation and/or re-installation performed by non-authorized persons
and/or service centers.
6. Lost or stolen equipment – the warranty is non-transferrable.
7. Damage caused by shipping and transportation.
8. Damage from accidents, such as fire, voltage fluctuations, vandalism, and exposure to moisture,
dampness, sand, and insects.
9. Damage from external causes and exposure to weather conditions, such as earthquakes, floods,
electric storms, etc.
10. Tampering with the operations' SIM lock.
11. Warranty does not cover plastic or cosmetic accessories that have been scratched or exposed to sun.
12. If the phone was used with accessories that are not factory original (charger, hands free, battery, etc).
13. When the phone presents cracks or antenna damage, unless the same were a manufacturer defect.
14. Battery warranty is only valid for manufacturer defects and does not apply in the following cases:
-Batteries that are charged with chargers that are not original verykool™
-Warranty seals that are altered, scratched, removed, or modified.
-Batteries that are used in equipment that are not verykool™ phones.
-Improper usage/handling as specified in the user manual.
-When the phone was used in networks that were not authorized by the carrier.
